Inside Passage Relationship Counseling is hiring a Client Care Coordinator to join our team In this dynamic role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, while prioritizing and upholding our exceptional front-of-house client experience; we are known for our responsive, thoughtful and knowledgeable client care

About the Role: We are searching for a Client Care Coordinator who strikes a balance between "heart and brain"; someone who interacts well with clients, therapists, and leadership alike; someone who can manage multiple schedules with a personalized touch and has a keen eye for the fine details.

As a Client Care Coordinator, you have an enormous impact on our practice; you are the first point-of-contact for both our current clients and prospective clients In this role, you will learn all about our amazing therapists, listen to client needs and wants, and match those needs to the expertise and specialties of our clinicians. The majority of our client traffic flows through our scheduling email, so most of your time is spent corresponding with people via email and organizing the day to prioritize a variety of administrative tasks to support a high-end, high-touch front-of-house experience You will also utilize our practice management system to support scheduling for 10+ counselors and therapists. Finally, you will work as part of our fabulous scheduling and admin team to identify areas of opportunity and work to solve problems both in the moment, and for the long term.

 

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

 

  • 4+ years of client care or customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. College Degree in the social sciences or customer service related field preferred.
  • Possesses a growth mindset; able to see problems as unrealized opportunities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, display empathy, patience, and professionalism required.
  • Savvy at communicating professionally with compassion, clarity and concision, both verbally and in writing.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to hold and balance multiple priorities to keep systems running smoothly.
  • Fluent in using Google Workplace, including using Gmail and Google Drive.
  • Demonstrated ability to nimbly adapt to shifting priorities, asking for support when needed.
  • Excellent team player; can work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Experience or interest working in the following areas: counseling, healthcare, psychology and/or social sciences strongly preferred.
  • Motivated and excited to grow both yourself and the practice on an awesome team

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
