Job Description: As a Real Estate Agent at The Giraldo Group, you will be at the forefront of the real estate market, advising clients on buying, selling, and renting properties. This role offers the unique opportunity to work directly with the principal broker, gaining invaluable experience in all aspects of real estate including management, sales, rentals, and investment properties. You will build meaningful relationships, understand client needs, and skillfully navigate the market to meet those needs. Utilizing our cutting-edge technology and resources, you will deliver exceptional service to a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on provided leads for buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages.
  • Establish competitive market prices by comparing properties.
  • Compile detailed listings of real estate sale properties, including location, features, square footage, etc.
  • Conduct property showings to potential buyers and renters.
  • Present purchase offers to sellers.
  • Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Ensure purchase contracts meet the agreed terms.
  • Promote property sales through advertising, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  • Maintain your real estate license and industry knowledge through educational workshops, publications, and professional societies.

Qualifications:

  • New agents are welcome
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson, or a strong desire to start a career in real estate.
  • Independent worker with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Approachable and trustworthy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid real estate agent’s or broker’s license.
  • Agents are expected to join NAR and HGAR within 90 days of being hired.
