Free Leads:

  • We have cracked the code on lead generation. Too many leads to handle.

Flexible Training Options:

  • Participate in both online and in-person training sessions to suit your schedule. Most training is done in a group setting via Zoom or Google Meet. You will meet in-person at least 2 times per month.

  • Daily one-on-ones as needed with our local team leader to help you navigate everything real estate related including: contracts, negotiations, buyers, sellers, listings etc.

  • Comprehensive quick start training to get you into production ASAP.

  • Lead conversion training.

Social Media Training:

  • Once you join our team, you will gain immediate access to the exclusive Social Agent Academy ONLY for The Dream Team (not for all eXp agents, must be on our team). It’s all about you. Step by step training on attracting clients through YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google.

Technology Package:

  • Utilize the most cutting edge technology and systems to keep track of your clients, leads, paperwork etc. so you can concentrate on doing more business.

  • Not only will you utilize eXp’s technology suite, we provide you with a local CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) to keep track of your day to day operations along with many other tools to make life easier.

Local eXp Realty Branch Office:

  • Located in Palm Beach County, we have a fully licensed branch office.

  • Floor time available for walk-ins.

Supportive Team Environment:

  • Work side by side with us and learn from our experience to fast track your success. We are not a brokerage that signs you up and leaves you to the wolves, we are a team dedicated to your success. If you succeed, we succeed

  • Participate in our open houses and events to learn about the local market.

  • Work alongside a dynamic team committed to your success.

 

Qualifications of an Agent with The Dream Team:

  • Only for full time agents who possess the time and energy to be successful at a high level.

  • Must be available some nights and weekends to conduct business. Not for part timers or for a second job.

  • Be available for 2-3 meetings/trainings per week (mostly virtual).

  • MUST Live in Palm Beach County.

  • New and experienced agents are welcome to apply.

  • Create and manage property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions.

  • Conduct property showings and open houses to potential buyers.

  • Perform comparative market analyses to determine property values.

  • Stay informed about market trends and changes in the local real estate landscape.

  • Prepare and review contracts and agreements.

  • Utilize social media, online platforms, and traditional marketing methods to promote listings.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs provided by The Dream Team.

  • Collaborate with fellow agents and team members to share knowledge and resources.

  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

  • Active real estate license in the state of Florida and be a part of the local MLS.

  • Reliable transportation with a valid drivers license.
