We're looking for someone who is highly organized with excellent communication skills and has a passion for customer care and interaction.
- Support the end-to-end customer experience from initial e-mail communication through to order fulfillment, including quotations, invoicing and shipping.
- Comfortable to interface with active customers, former customers and new leads.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial processes a plus.
- Some experience with shipping, receiving, purchasing, A/R, A/P and inventory management is preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel & Word and QuickBooks is ideal.
CFVI leverages unique valve technology to create incredibly accurate and simple flow control systems. We sell valves directly into the market and we integrate the valves into new solutions for customers. Fortunately, our valves are already industry leading technology within food and beverage markets. With a strong investment from a billion-dollar company, CFVI is now out to do the same in agriculture and chemical mixing. This post is for an open position at the new CFVI West office and lab in Fountain Valley, CA. This position will be one of the very first hires as we roll out this dedicated research and development facility. CFVI uses rapid prototyping to quickly prove out our products before manufacturing at scale. CFVI West will be the hub for those activities, designing new products based on our valve tech foundation.Company DescriptionCFV Innovations is a well-funded spin-out that delivers flow control solutions to multiple industries including agriculture and chemical mixing.
