The role of the Administrative/Appeal Coordinator is to manage the day-to-day inner workings of the office. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining our dynamic client database as well as our appeal hearing calendar and hearing schedule report. You will also assist in the billing and collections of our clients and will assist in other important tasks as they arise. You will work in an entrepreneurial environment with a great group of professionals that are highly motivated.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Brand Ambassador

- Maintain the office calendar and hearing schedule report

- Update and maintain the client database and appeal statuses for each client

- Assist in the creation and modification of client reports along with preparing appeal documentation

- Receive, sort and process all daily incoming mail

- Interact with taxing authorities to obtain values and documents required for invoicing of clients

- Form knowledge of the Florida property tax jurisdictions including important deadlines

- Prepare supporting billing documentation to be reviewed and sent to clients by respective client professional

- Assist team members with their projects and answer incoming calls

- Support others at firm sponsored events and while team members are traveling

- Facilitate confidential information request to client and tracking statuses

- Maintain financial software for invoicing purposes

- Organize Firms Client Relationship Management System and other technology software

- Perform other duties as assigned
