Job Description:

Purpose Of Position:

  • The Supply Chain Management/PSI team is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by the Sales Subsidiary. Forecasts are generated via consensus calls with Sales, Marketing, and HQ and are tracked using Excel, SAP, and Systems/Tools.The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing a specific category of products or business channel. They will also support strategic projects on behalf of the broader Supply Chain Team, generate reports for Executive Management, and represent the SCM Team when working with internal/external partners.
  • The Supply Chain Analyst will be the primary point of contact for all supply related issues for the associated product category or business channel and will interact closely with all teams/departments.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • AP2 Forecasting: build model/warehouse/customer level demand plan
  • Integrate factory supply proposals into demand plan
  • Consensus Calls with Sales, Marketing, Global Operations Center, Category Management
  • PSI Planning & Simulations
  • Order Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Product Allocation
  • Aging Inventory
  • Revenue Simulation/Tracking
  • Report Generation
  • KPI Management
  • In stock management & reporting

Required Knowledge, Education And Experience:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Math, Economics, Finance, or similar. No Engineering grads. No warehouse experience. Candidates w/directly related experience preferred
  • 1-2 year work experience in relevant field
  • Advanced Excel skills and highly competent with numbers ? this role will require heavy use of Excel (possible use of macros)
  • Strong analysis skills, and great w/ numbers; able to produce analytical reports using large sets of data. This position will require pulling and analyzing large sets of data
  • Excellent Analytical and Logic/critical thinking skills
  • SAP experience helpful.
  • Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal)
  • Must be available to consistently work overtime and weekends (weekend work is 1-2 times/month rotation)
