Job Summary

In this role, you will provide a wide variety of administrative duties relating to areas of Customer Service. This position is strongly Customer Service from March through October. The Customer Service Representative will also assist the Paint/Construction Superintendent with scheduling, customer contact & material acquisition for the production teams. During the off season, the job responsibilities will include file destruction/movement, scanning PO’s from previous year, updating or adding spreadsheets with color/warranty information.

 Customer Service

Receives and reviews Customer Service work orders and assists Logistics Manager to determine if billable or warranty work. Partner with manager to respond quickly to customer needs consistently and positively.
Maintains daily work order report and provides detail and updated report for weekly Customer Service meetings. Maintains accurate and detailed records of all communications.
Notifies customer with Work Order Acknowledgement or Work Order Completion form when work order received or completed via e-mail or fax.
Responsible for handling customer inquires, through telephone communication, faxes, or e-mails in a timely professional manner.
May review customer or warranty files to determine color or supply needs.
Works with Quality Control Inspectors on Customer Service issues while they are on the job site to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Communicate problem areas that effect Customer Service, Production, Construction, Product Specialist and Quality Control to Logistics manager.


Qualifications

- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- 2yrs. minimum customer service (previous experience in commercial construction a plus)
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to perform outbound calling and analyze customer needs.
- Multilingual abilities and experience in upselling are a plus.

-Strong experience in telephone Customer Service communication skills. Displays good listening skills and the ability to communicate to people with professionalism and willingness to extend yourself to meet other people’s needs.

-Intermediate or above computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
