General Description of Responsibilities: A dedicated customer service representative must handle customer-oriented duties as well as general office management tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Candidates should have the ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise, and be able to prioritize and manage time effectively. This is an on-site position. Specific Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries over the phone and in email. Work with customers in resolving complaints and problems. Keep up to date technical logs. Learn new areas of technology that our products are offered in. Handle overflow of internet orders as needed. Process mail orders as needed. Take incoming orders over the phone as needed. Returns processing. Cover reception area as needed. Perform related and/or special work as assigned.
