Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office assistant to provide administrative support to our financial advisor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.  Would prefer someone who has worked in this field before and understands the importance of accurate documents. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial advisor's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Assist with preparing client documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain client files and ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and ordering supplies.
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or within the financial industry is a plus.
