Financial Analyst

Duration: 2 month contract with the strong possibility of extension
Location: Hybrid in Lincolnshire, IL; 3 days onsite
Description:
- Assist with month-end close (prepare journal entries etc. in Oracle)
- Run the weekly interface between Quill systems and Oracle
- Running steps / process through systems
- Track invoices/costs in Adcost, the Staples/Quill marketing tool
- Invoice vendors for promotions that we ran
- Work with Finance and Merchandising business partners to invoice vendors for promotions and follow up with vendors where required.
- 2+ years of accounting / finance experience
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Financials
