Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLofty Realtors is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate team committed to providing top-notch service to our clients. We are currently looking for an organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to support our agents in facilitating seamless real estate transactions from the Under Contract stage to settlement.
Job Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for all transactions from the Under Contract stage to settlement.
  • Draft addendums under direct instruction from agents.
  • Collect Earnest Money (EM) receipts and distribute to involved parties.
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for co-op agents, lenders, and title companies.
  • Monitor critical dates and timelines in tandem with agents.
  • Prepare and send necessary documents for buyer and seller signatures.
  • Ensure compliance and completeness of all transaction files.
  • Complete commission notes and Disbursement Authorizations (DA's).
  • Track document progress in ReZen and Dotloop.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout each transaction.
  • Ensure correct commissions are paid out in a timely manner.
Exclusions
  • Sending cancellations to co-op agents
  • Negotiating contracts and addenda
  • Scheduling inspections
  • Lead follow-up
  • Client interaction should primarily be the responsibility of the agent.
Daily Tasks
  • Check emails
  • Follow up on missing documentation
  • Check on DA's for upcoming closings
  • Communicate with agents about upcoming deadlines
Weekly Meetings
  • TC Check-Ins every Wednesday at 11 am.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a transaction coordinator.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ReZen and Dotloop or similar transaction management software.
  • Familiarity with real estate documentation and compliance requirements.
