Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sellers and buyers to understand their needs and financial abilities
  • Conduct market analysis to determine property values
  • Create effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers
  • Negotiate and facilitate real estate transactions, ensuring fair and honest dealings
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in real estate

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount. Licensed real estate agent with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with standard real estate practices and regulations
  • Proficient in using real estate software and computer applications
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 years old or above
