Job DescriptionJob Description

Begin as administrative assistant, with a chance to grow and learn many aspects of film production from an established, Award-winning Producer/Director/Line Producer. Will be working directly with the Associate Producer and Director.

The job is best suited for someone who wants to work in development, production, and post-production film and TV.

Strong work ethic needed. The best candidate is someone willing to work hard, learn fast and adapt to be part of a team.

Work is part time in the office.

Tasks include:

  • Email/Correspondence Management
  • Personal Assistance to Director
  • Credit Card Allocations and Payments
  • Basic research, as needed, for projects and personal matters
  • Take notes in meetings and during calls
  • Google Calendar Management

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must live in New York or environs (office located in Greenwich Village).
  • Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Google (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.), Dropbox, and MacOS required.
  • Entry Level, prior work experience preferred.

Pay starts at $16/hr
