Responsibilities:

Establishing systems and procedures;

Overseeing and directing a staff of 3 to 4;

Producing P&L's, and necessary statements for banking and loan purposes;

Overseeing of all basic corporate accounting functions;

Addition of, or modification of software currently in use.

Qualifications:

Candidate should be familiar with real estate accounting and software.

Candidate should have knowledge of residential rental and sales management as well as commercial rentals;

Candidate should have understanding of basic elements of construction elements;
