Salary: $17 per hour base, plus $500 bonus for each closed account, and commission structure for 2 years on the account

Overview:
Swish Advertising, a leading global recruitment marketing firm based in Newtown, PA, is seeking three  motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve substantial earnings through commissions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 150 cold calls per day to prospective clients.
- Implement various outreach strategies to generate leads and close sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
- Utilize CRM software to track progress and update client information accurately.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in advertising or marketing services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High level of motivation and self-discipline.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $17 per hour.
- Generous commission structure with potential earnings of $150,000 to $200,000 annually.
