Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members more workout in less time


We are currently looking to expand our team and are interviewing for membership sales and marketing for our Northeast Philadelphia & coming soon Langhorne locations. If you are looking for a career opportunity with this cutting-edge concept, where you can become a part of an organization focused on helping members feel and look their very best, then look at HOTWORX. The available positions are for Trainer/Sales Associate (TSA). Hourly pay + commissions.

Candidates interested in joining our team should expect to be successful in the following:

  • Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals
  • Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members and superior customer service to keep long term members.
  • Performing various tasks to promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community, including outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email and talking with prospects at local events
Our ideal candidates have previous sales experience, strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best, while benefiting from rewarding performance-based commissions and bonuses. Candidates should personally lead a healthy lifestyle and have a passion for fitness.

We provide paid training, certifications and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, bonuses, a free studio membership and product discounts.

Job Type: part-time/full time

Salary: $15/hour

Schedule:

  • Varies, minimum of two evenings/week until 8 pm and 2 Saturdays/month from 11-4.
Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay/Considerable room for increased income for motivated individual.
Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Sales Experience preferred but not required; fitness experience preferred but not required. Will train a Motivated/personable/ Sales driven individual who is dependable and wishes for new opportunity to grow and learn.

Work Location:

  • One location, Northeast Philadelphia, Grant Ave
  • Second location coming in Langhorne, PA in September/October..

Work Remotely:

  • No, although some activities can occur remotely.
