Electromechanical assembly and testing transducers.

Hands-on self-starting team environment.

This is an opportunity for someone to grow into a multitalented technical worker.  You will begin your journey performing manual tasks, receiving training and then progress into more skillful and knowledgeable work.  Looking for attention to detail, flexibility, teamwork and desire to improve.  Experience not required.

Position description, activities:

  • Physical requirements: This position involves physical manual work, including but not limited to standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time, and lifting to 35 pounds.
  • Using both hands at once to use hand tools and handle product at the same time. 
  • Labeling – Clean product, apply labels. Brady labelers, Brady Workstation and Codesoft software.
  • Assembly – Cleaning, metal and poly assembly, join pre-assembled PCB’s, glue guns, tig welding lathe, manual soldering, wrenches, torque wrenches, electronic meters.
  • Shipping and Receiving - Boxing and unboxing of raw material and finished goods.
  • Inspection – Inspect physically, test pressure and temperature configuration.  Records.
  • Calibration, Configuration & Testing – Production Software, hand tightening, electrical connections detail, temperature and pressure testing equipment.   Read and understand requirements temperature and pressure ranges and their accuracy. 
  • Other requirements - Computer literacy.  Complete records accurately.  Custom work upon short notice.
  • Helpful to have exposure to low voltage 3-24v, transducers, PCB’s, electrical connectors & cables; electrical and mechanical pressure and temperature test equipment; packaging; Microsoft office.
