Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Set up, changeover, program, and operate various equipment, including mixers, extruders, welders, dryers, and pouch sealers.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean facilities, equipment, and utensils as required, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs).
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Complete documentation as required in the manufacturing and/or packaging of products, maintaining accurate, neat, and error-free records.
  • Quality and Safety: Identify safety, quality, and efficiency improvements and actively participate in learning organization development, maintaining compliance with cGMP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist with troubleshooting of equipment and process issues, working collaboratively with other team members to resolve problems and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma and 1 year of previous experience in a manufacturing environment within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food processing industries.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to follow cGMP and other regulatory requirements, operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, and maintain mechanical proficiency.
  • Work Environment: Pharmaceutical manufacturing climate-controlled facility, with shift work (Monday to Wednesday, 6pm to 6:30am) and requirement to wear personal protective equipment.
