Available shifts include first, 8-4:30, M-F.
Responsibilities
  • Execute aerospace component assembly and sub-assembly repair, specializing in mechanical/pneumatic systems.
  • Conduct composite repairs using cutting-edge materials such as Kevlar, fiberglass, pre-preg, and associated resins.
  • Perform structural repairs on aircraft leading edge surfaces, intakes, gas paths, oil coolers, cowlings, and interior seat backs.
  • Work with sanding dust, utilizing the latest Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended periods.
  • Paint experience is a plus.
  • Provide meticulous inspection, repair, and recertification of components following FAA, EASA, ISO, AS, and other relevant quality control standards and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with Repair Station and Quality Manual, including the correct use of company forms.
  • Conduct preliminary inspections, hidden damage inspections, and in-progress inspections as per the Repair Station and Quality Manual.
  • Monitor and manage the due dates of calibrated equipment and expiration dates on shelf life items.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; desired A&P License.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Troubleshooting knowledge and the ability to create repair processes.
  • Creativity and the ability to operate calibrated tools and simple machines.
  • Proficient computer skills for technical documentation.
  • Competency in reading, writing, and understanding proper English.
  • Ability to use common hand tools and possess mathematical competency.
