Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Ambulatory Care team in Brooklyn. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory setting.
- Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and provide treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with minor procedures and wound care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of New York.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in ambulatory or outpatient care is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
