Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the health conditions of assigned patients in accordance with nursing guidelines.
- Design, execute, and assess individualized care plans based on patient evaluations and medical directives.
- Deliver direct patient care and supervise other healthcare professionals to guarantee effective care delivery.
- Inform patients and their families about health conditions and care strategies.
- Prepare patients for discharge and promote health maintenance following hospitalization.
- Conduct all procedures in line with established competencies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all patient care activities.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a valid New Jersey nursing license.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
