Overview
Development InfoStructure (Devis) is seeking a highly skilled, full time, remote Program Manager to join our team contingent upon contract award. 
 Responsibilities
  • Responsible for handling client relationship, profitability, sustainability, interpersonal relationships on the contract both client internal contractor and subcontractors.
  • Establish an organization that effectively addresses customer requirements and incorporates the necessary internal and external sub-organizations.
  • Lead and directed cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet program cost, schedule and technical performance objectives.
  • Deliver presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders.
  • Participate in the negotiation of contracts, contract changes, specifications, operating budgets, schedule milestones, and key terms and conditions.
  • Creation, review, and finalization of the program Statement of Work
  • Established and managed subcontractor relationships.
  • Develop and adhered to budget baselines utilizing cost & schedule control methodologies.
  • Identify, allocate, and manage program resources, including workforce planning.
  • Ensure program team understands and adheres to contract scope, and managed change through control board activities.
  • Develop and adhered to master plans and schedules Conducted thorough risk & opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation and realization.
  • Improve program efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing time-saving solutions.
  • Enhance project visibility with regular status updates, leading to increased stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop strategic plans, setting clear objectives and achievable milestones for the team.
  • Optimize resource allocation, effectively balancing priorities and managing competing


 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of Project and Program Management experience in the Federal Contracting Industry.
  • Experience leading multiple software development teams
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of various Agile Methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Previous experience with Healthcare IT, specifically within the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)



 

Clearance Requirements
This role requires the hired candidate to go through public clearance.
A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is a must to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.
