What We Want:
As Facilities Manager, you are a confident, take-charge professional. You have strong commercial facilities management experience including previous supervisory experience. What You’ll Do:
As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and directly supervise on-site engineers. You will be a liaison between the property and tenants. You will maintain the work order system and coordinate all onsite inspections. The Facilities Manager will be the point-of-contact for all vendors and will be responsible for service agreement review and negotiation. You will develop annual budgets and report on monthly/annual variance analysis.
