American Family Care (AFC) is a leading provider of primary and urgent care services across the United States, operating seven days a week with a walk-in model. Our advanced facilities are designed for the prompt treatment of acute medical conditions, workplace injuries, and occupational health needs, featuring on-site laboratory services and x-ray capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard staff for various roles including front office receptionists, medical assistants, and x-ray technicians
  • Supervise and conduct performance reviews for non-provider personnel
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure adherence to medical protocols and high standards of care
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations
  • Facilitate staff meetings and training sessions
  • Address patient and staff concerns while monitoring satisfaction levels
  • Oversee front office operations and financial transaction accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked facility with necessary medical and cleaning supplies
  • Track key performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • At least two years of supervisory experience in a medical office setting is preferred
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA) and experience in revenue cycle management is preferred
