Results are demonstrated through measurement, analysis, production and interpretation of process and outcomes data; particular attention is given to measuring the impact of services in the areas of access, experience, quality outcomes, and cost.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and daily supervision of operations to optimize client flow and enhance overall efficiency. Conduct regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to assess and address staff and provider needs, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
  • Lead comprehensive training programs for clinic staff to ensure adherence to best practices, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care standards. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to enhance staff performance and professional growth.

  • Conduct regular audits, training sessions, and updates to maintain a safe and compliant environment for all stakeholders
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to clinical providers and act as back up to the Clinical Director when unavailable.
  • Work with administrative staff and clinical providers in providing leadership, guidance, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with agencies and external partners to optimize resource allocation and enhance services. Collaborate with stakeholder representatives to explore innovative solutions and products that align with organizational objectives.
  • Integrates transformative changes and standardized clinical practices into care delivery that reduce variation and close gaps in care, ensuring that all persons who need behavioral health and wellness services receive the care that they need.
  • Assesses and determines the financial sustainability needs of a wide range of programs and services and is highly effective in managing the public and private contracts required to support the work

Minimum Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Public Health or comparable degree.
  • Fully and unrestricted licensed mental health practitioner
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated expertise in cross functional teams, fiscal stewardship, and operational diligence.
  • Experience in contract management preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and environment while ensuring quality compliance
  • Experience in the mental health or healthcare industry
  • Spanish speaker is a plus

Working Conditions: Work is performed in an office or other environmentally controlled room. Work may expose incumbents to contagious or infectious diseases, dangerous and volatile situations, or possible bodily injury.
