Lynch GM Superstore is seeking an experienced Dealership Accounting Assistant to join our team Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Dealership Accounting Assistant is responsible for daily deposits, balancing cash drawers, receiving payments, posting internal and external invoices, reconciling deposits, and posting repair orders and parts tickets.


Responsibilities:

Daily deposits

Balancing cash drawers

Receiving in payments

Posting internal and external invoices

Reconciling deposits

Posting repair orders and parts tickets

Balancing GM Corporate Statement

Acts as the backup to the Front Desk Receptionist

Requirements:
  • Previous dealership experience is a plus, but not required
  • Associates degree or equivalent in a related field or 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software (outlook, excel, word, etc.)
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in fast paced environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills required
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively through reading, writing, and spoken correspondence
