Job Summary:

MC Services is looking to hire an Office Manager Receptionist to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization. We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and accountable individual, that will thrive within our core values structure of: Excellence, Creativity, Family, Communication, and Integrity.

Essential duties and/or Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and greeting guests
  • Creating customer help desk tickets in a ticketing system
  • Running the Pearson Vue testing center (admitting test takers, monitoring, contacting support)
  • Go to post office daily to get the mail
  • Enter customer payments and create/drop off deposit at bank
  • Respond to general or minor billing inquiries from customers
  • Updating customer/vendor information in system as needed
  • Entering new/prospective client information in system
  • Work with a Supervisor and/or Sales Department as a resource for sales operations
  • Process recurring customer invoices throughout the month
  • Call and follow-up on past due customer accounts
  • Check for missing employee timers for the day
  • Upholds and reinforces the company values

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Work with team members, asking and answering questions
  • Strong advocate for customer satisfaction
  • Valid drivers license and excellent driving record
