**Job Description:**
MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE.
We are seeking a licensed health agent to join our team as a Medicare Sales Specialist in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. This is a temporary tele-sales position, with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs. Remote work is a possibility for the right candidate.
**Responsibilities:**
- Engage with potential clients over the phone to discuss and sell Medicare plans.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to help clients make informed decisions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the established timeline.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare products and guidelines.
**Qualifications:**
- **Must be a currently licensed health agent** (Only licensed candidates will be considered).
- **Preferably** has experience with Medicare and tele-sales.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
**Position Details:**
- $16 per hour plus commission
- 35 hours weekly (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
- Paid holidays
- Position starts ASAP and runs until December 15th, with a chance to become permanent based on performance.
- **Remote work is an option** for the right candidate.
- Earn some extra Christmas money while helping people with their Medicare needs
