Job Title: HR Generalist

Pay Rate: $37.50-39.00/hour | Based on Experience

Duration: 6-month Contract | Potential to Extend

Location: Hybrid | 3 Day In Office

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00a-5:00pET

Job Summary:

The Global HR Generalist will oversee the coordination, dissemination, and synthesis of HR data and project deliverables for global programs within the organization’s Technology Function. This role focuses on HR Tech project management and data analysis. The Generalist will support the Chief People Officer for Technology for 50% of the time and collaborate with People Partners for the remaining 50%.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide key support to Senior HR Leaders in talent management activities including performance management, engagement, career development, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Establish and maintain contacts across the HR function to manage transactional, operational, and other needs efficiently; resolve issues or queries with HR colleagues as needed.
  • Manage projects for key people initiatives by developing project plans, tracking progress against deadlines, and creating materials for stakeholder communication.
  • Support the execution of year-end compensation and promotion processes in collaboration with Senior HR Leaders.
  • Partner with Shared Services to deliver meaningful analytics to the business to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with HR processes and data.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong client focus with exceptional judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and proactive, with a keen attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven, and data-intensive environment.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing, organizing, and utilizing data.
  • Strong technical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships across a diverse client base.
