Position Overview: We're seeking a highly motivated individual with proven sales experience and communication skills who can provide excellence in customer service. The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and store productivity. They have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals in competitive industries and maintain the soft skills necessary to increase customer satisfaction and grow a business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend products and services based upon customer’s wants and needs, cross-selling new products and upselling as required.
  • Utilize sales data to develop sales strategies to hit timely sales goals and help predict peak seasonality demands
  • Maintain accurate and efficient product inventory.
  • Manage the sales process through CRM and POS tools, prioritizing and following up on prospective leads.
  • Remain in constant communication with necessary personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule and are completed per the latest company standards.
  • Educate customers on products, warranties, and proper care of the products sold.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and longevity of future business opportunities.
  • Mitigate and resolve customer disputes.
  • Maintaining the Show Room, keeping it clean
  • Making sure the customer bathroom is clean and stocked.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience; Inbound/ Outbound calls.
  • Positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable).
  • Highschool diploma or GED
  • Ability to work weekends and extended hours as required.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of window film, 12v installation, or related automotive aftermarket field (strongly preferred, but not required).
  • Previous experience in fixed operations management preferred.
