**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage employee schedules, inventory, and store cleanliness to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Handle key financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Fill in for the Store Manager as needed and provide support during peak periods.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

**Requirements**

  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Flexible availability and willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in English with basic math skills.
  • Pass pre-employment screenings.
  • Completion of Topshelf Manager Training.
