Office Assistant - Temporary to Hire

Location: Stateline, Nevada; Zephyr Cove

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate billing records
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and via phone interactions
  • Conduct timely follow-ups on necessary phone calls
  • Assist with data entry, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Collaborate with auditors during year-end tax preparations
  • Manage and update office equipment, supplies, and software programs
  • Coordinate and participate in company meetings
  • Retrieve and distribute mail as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, onsite
