The ideal candidate will:

· Be at team player in a fast-paced environment able to multi task

· Have knowledge of export/import processes for air and ocean shipping

· Have knowledge of domestic transportation including FTL and LTL

· Be computer literate with Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

· Understand the importance of compliance with federal and international regulations

· Possess excellent customer service skills

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Manage incoming phone calls & emails, timely and accurate follow-up and be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

· Bilingual is a plus
