Senior Sales Manager – Products - White Tail Connect

What you will be Doing:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Preparing detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Technical knowledge and/or related experience with automation products.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and adapt to market changes.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field would be an asset.
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position based in our Carlsbad office.
- The hours of work are 8am-5pm with some flexibility.
