Bobbles & Lace West Chester is looking for a Store Director

The Key Responsibilities of the Store Director are as follows:

  • Become the go to-stylist for the West Chester customer
  • Deliver a client experience to each customer that is welcoming, knowledgeable, and fun
  • Assist in store merchandising, display maintenance, and general housekeeping under the direction of Bobbles & Lace Brand Guidelines
  • Create lasting relationships with the West Chester community to grow and maintain your business including: In-store & community events, partnerships with other local businesses, community groups, and in-town hotspots
  • Meet and exceed monthly and daily sales goals set by Bobbles & Lace
  • Direct your team to assist in sales, styling, marketing and operations
  • Manage the operations of your store to keep things running smoothly
  • Maintain the store schedule
  • Ongoing education calls with the team to learn styling, merchandising and more
