The Graphic Designer will create designs that engage, attract and sell. The ideal candidate will be articulate, patient and tenacious, thriving in a high job volume environment and will provide insight for concepts. The Graphic Designer will create various print collateral, multimedia presentations, branding, and photography.

Responsibilities of a Graphic Designer:

*Creative brainstorming following company branding guidelines from concept to finished product.

*Create high-end, creative, error-free production.

*Ensure that projects are done cost-effectively and on time.

*Create presentation and marketing materials.

*Work with appropriate departments to conceive and execute creative design solutions.

*Maintain a visual style/graphic consistency for all design deliverables.

*Uphold creative standards for the company.

*Prep files for pre-press production.

*Work directly with other designers, Graphic Design/GIS Director and Marketing Team to produce high-quality, innovative visuals on a timely basis.

*Maintain and archive photography.

Qualifications of a Graphic Designer:

*Four-year degree, BA or BFA in Graphic Design.

*3+ years of graphic design/production experience but would consider a recent grad.

*Must have experience using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

*Strong command of typography, color, materials, composition, visual hierarchy.

*Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently and seamlessly in a fast-paced work environment.

*Prepare files for print or web.

*Strong sense of urgency combined with close attention to detail.

*Desire to learn and understand the commercial real estate industry.

*Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).

*Ability to work independently and on a team.

Key Skills of a Graphic Designer:

*Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing.

*Exceptional creativity and innovation.

*Accuracy and attention to detail.

*An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.

*Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
