Creative Project Manager

Association Headquarters is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering creative projects to our client-partners and the company itself. You will work closely with the Senior Creative Manager and be part of the Creative Department and Marketing and Communications (MarCom) team.
Key Responsibilities- Create visually appealing and cohesive designs for various print and digital media, including publications, brochures, and conference materials.
- Develop engaging social media graphics and web banners that align with our clients' brand identity.
- Estimate project timelines accurately and take ownership of design projects from conception to completion.
- Deliver creative work on time, within defined project scopes, and in line with established quality standards.
- Utilize skills in Adobe InDesign to produce high-quality layouts for print and digital publications.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
- Work closely with other team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exhibit professionalism and strong communication skills in all interactions, both internally and externally.
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
- High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic Video Editing/Motion Graphics skills a plus
