Senior Corporate Accountant, Private Equity

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Primarily responsible for accounting, reporting and finance related functions for our private equity funds.
Preparation & analysis of financial reports, schedules and investor and distribution statements.
Process & review monthly transactions and reimbursements between the company and private equity funds.
Preparation of monthly schedules to analyze entity performance.
Fulfill quarterly and annual audit requests from investors and our internal and external auditors.
Position also assists in accounting for development which includes producing schedules and journal entries.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong accounting skills and knowledge.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who works well in a team environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Hands-on, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, along with detailed knowledge and experience with general ledger systems, preferably MRI.
