We are seeking an experienced Foreman in underground wet utilities to join our team in overseeing underground utility projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction sites and possess expertise in various construction related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the production team
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations for site safety
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Foreman in the underground utilities industry
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Understanding of OSHA regulations for maintaining a safe work environment
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Heavy equipment operator experience a plus
