JOB SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of the Client Service Representative is to provide excellent client service to all Weller Brothers clients. This position will be the first point of contact for sales leads and client inquiries. All Weller Brothers team members are expected to provide excellent client service by assisting clients promptly and courteously, answer questions and provide information as needed. A Client Service Representative will execute all job responsibilities in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome visitors and team members and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer phone and email inquiries from potential clients and provide an overview of our services and process
  • Establish new client accounts in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Schedule initial consultations as needed
  • Address client concerns and coordinate any necessary resolution
  • Field and route calls and inquiries to appropriate individuals with discretion
  • Manage the general company email inbox and address customer concerns/leads or route email accordingly
  • Document all communication with clients in CRM
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to clients’ complaints
  • Support sales team with various requests as needed
  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership as needed
  • Assist with coordinating company events
  • Keep a safe and clean reception area
  • Other duties needed to help drive and fulfill the Weller Brothers Mission

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Eagerness to learn and assist where needed
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
  • Ability to multitask while keeping focus on the client
  • Familiarity with the services offered by the company
  • Strong attention to detail

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Three years of experience is preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Team members must be able to perform the following tasks during a typical 8+ hour day.

X LIGHT WORK: Lifting up to 20#, frequently lifting of carrying objects up to 10#. Work is classified light if it requires walking or standing to a significant degree (regardless of weight lifted) or involves sitting most of the time with a degree or pushing and pulling of arm or leg controls.
