Position Summary:
The Leasing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the leasing team in achieving leasing goals and providing exceptional service to prospective tenants. This includes assisting with property showings, managing leasing documentation, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the marketing and leasing of residential or commercial properties.
- Coordinate leasing activities, including property tours, application processes, and lease signings.
- Maintain an organized database of all prospective tenant applications and essential documents.
- Communicate effectively with prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about properties.
- Prepare leasing agreements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in the collection and processing of lease payments and security deposits.
- Work closely with property management team to ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties, market trends, and competitive rental rates.
- Provide administrative support to the leasing team as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in leasing, real estate, or property management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a customer-focused mentality.
