Required Skills:
- We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst who is primarily responsible for Responsible for supporting diverse systems and applications, including desktop support, mobile device management, printer support, and security administration.
- This temporary position involves tasks like implementing projects, technical training and knowledge management, and security administration.
- Candidate should have the ability to provide outstanding customer service skills, versatility and breadth of technical skills.
- Candidate should have proper knowledge of Microsoft and Apple products, ITIL methodology, change management and risk management processes, network and telecom troubleshooting, routers,
- TCPIP, firewalls, VPNs, and Voice services.
