Key Responsibilities:

  • As part of a service delivery team, provide initial technical support to designated clients, both remotely and on-site. Assist clients with equipment setup, virus elimination, software updates, and hardware issues while effectively communicating with IT Managers.
  • Manage office/desktop and email support on a monthly basis, oversee lab machine rollouts, and participate in monthly technical team meetings to discuss new technologies, case studies, challenges, and service delivery performance.
  • Support both Mac and Windows systems integrated with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Dropbox, Office 365, Google, and others.
  • Manage small projects as necessary, deliver and retrieve computer equipment, and communicate technical issues and project progress with the Client Manager and Network/Server Engineer.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with end-users to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • A strong passion for customer service and technology, coupled with outstanding end-user support skills.
  • Capability to juggle multiple tasks across various clients, industries, and technologies while maintaining professionalism and composure.
  • Proactive and resourceful in resolving issues.
  • A unique ability to collaborate with both business and technical personnel to plan and execute project timelines and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP networking protocols and procedures, as well as relevant Windows workstation operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
