Onsite- 2 days in the office, 3 days remote

1 year contract

 

  • Responsible for the auditing of purchase orders that have already been approved, previous invoices
  • Team would go to invoices and look through irregularities in billing
  • Look for lien items that were improperly billed in the last 6-12 months
  • Example: Vendor might have 500 invoices, might be 1500 lines of entries or billable items, analytics comes into compiling data and saying these areas are where errors are located. Then creating a summary in a fast manner

Must Haves:

  • Data Collection
  • Data Analytics
  • Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Attention to detail
  • Self managing kills
  • Written and communication skills
  • 2-3 years experience


Scope:

  • 12 months to start and may extend
  • Looking to get through 25k invoices over the next 12 months

Education:

  • No accounting certs needed
  • Associates or bachelors preferred but not required


Interview process:

  • Virtual, 1 round
  • Looking to hire soon

Schedule:

  • Hybrid but candidate could be located in another office from Virginia to Maine if candidate is very strong
  • Preferred if located out of Harrisburg, PA
  • Mon-Fri 8-5
