Requirement:
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Receiving and referring supervisor's visitors and telephone calls, screening inquiries, answering routine questions, and providing information when possible
- Opening and routing mail
- Gathering and entering data and compiling information as directed
- Maintaining office supply inventory
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating arrangements for meetings and conferences
