**Description**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Executive Sales Assistant** to join our team at CinemaTech. This role is critical to our continued growth and success. You will provide comprehensive support to the Executive Vice President (EVP) at out manage our showroom in Dania Beach, FL.  This position offers autonomy, the chance to wear many hats, and the opportunity to impact the company’s success directly.
**Key Responsibilities**1. Executive Support - Act as the right-hand person to the EVP, managing their calendar, sending meeting invites, handling correspondence, and running business-related errands.- Communicate on the EVPS’s behalf on different topics – for example sales follow ups, sample follow up, following up with employees on deliverables.- Prepare materials for sales presentations and meetings with accuracy and efficiency. - Support the EVP by assisting with daily deliverables, client communication, and follow-ups. This includes both front end and back-end items (sales and operation items).

2. Showroom Management- Manage and “own” the Dania Beach showroom, ensuring it is always client-ready: well-lit, clean, organized, and stocked.- Manage calendar, vendors (flowers, food, water, maintenance) as required for showroom standard- Maintain product samples and catalog them correctly; ensure seating and other displays are in top condition.
3. Sales & Administrative Support- Assist the EVP in closing sales and delivering projects by procuring, editing, and sending necessary documents.- Interact with clients during showroom demos, effectively presenting CinemaTech seating and other products.- Taking and understanding meeting notes and deliverables and executing those items

4. Client Interaction & Relationship/Project Support- Engage and persuade high-net-worth clients, using a consultative approach to understand and meet their needs. - Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, follow-ups, and support during and after sales.-  Visit projects on occasion to support the EVP’s key accounts and ensure projects are on trak.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**- Successfully support the EVP in all duties, including client meetings, organization, and project management.- Keep the showroom beautiful and successfully running/supported- Take ownership of tasks and show growth potential through the ability to manage additional responsibilities.
