Position Requirements:

  • Sales Enthusiasm: A passion for sales and a desire to excel in a dynamic, customer-focused environment are essential.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication with customers is crucial. You'll need to listen, understand their needs, and present solutions effectively.
  • HVAC Knowledge (Preferred): While not required, previous HVAC knowledge is a HUGE plus. We provide comprehensive training to help you become an HVAC sales expert.
  • Self-Motivation: Success in this role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to manage your own time effectively.
