The essential duties of the position include:
• Learning and using our route accounting software program (training provided)
• Reconciling office sales with the cash drawer daily
• Reconciling route sales with payments collected by drivers daily
• Preparing bank deposits daily
• Ensuring all sales representatives have communicated their orders daily
• Generating pick sheets for warehouse personnel daily
• Transmitting orders to drivers' handheld computers daily
• Answering phone calls and addressing callers' needs
• Waiting on customers
• Labeling and distributing time cards and assisting in preparing weekly payroll files
• Submitting pricing information to key customers
• Performing office clerical work as assigned
