Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Monster Energy. As a key member of our facilities and maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and guidance to assigned shift employees for all items related to maintenance, including utilities, processing, packaging, and facilities at our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shift Management and Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to the maintenance team, ensuring the effective execution of maintenance plans and procedures. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving maintenance efficiency and reliability.
  • Monitoring and Preventative Maintenance: Monitor utilities areas, production areas, and facilities areas to identify potential issues and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot equipment problems with the maintenance team and provide input on process improvements.
  • Process Improvements: Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reliability. Work with vendors or contractors as needed to resolve issues and improve maintenance operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field of study.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance, technical, or manufacturing leadership role. Additional experience in computer skills, particularly in MS Office and Excel, is desired.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with maintenance programs such as Reliability Centered Maintenance 2, Total Quality Management (TQM), Trusted Platform Module (TPM), or Maintenance Excellence is preferred. Experience working with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) is also desired.
