Position Overview


As an Operations Supervisor at Domino's, you will take charge of the franchise location in the absence of the General Manager.

Your responsibilities will include managing staff productivity and overseeing daily operations during your shift, as well as executing tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Operations Supervisors are essentially General Managers in training, expected to uphold high standards of performance and professionalism. During your shifts, you will lead the team with the same authority as the General Manager.
